Delivery
Orders are delivery only. Nairobi county delivery is currently free. Delivery timing, cold-chain handover and arrangements outside Nairobi county need confirmed policy wording.
Payment guidance
Use the payment options offered at checkout. An order awaiting payment confirmation is not a confirmed payment. Approved manual M-Pesa instructions are still awaiting confirmation.
Refunds and cancellations
The full policy covering requests, eligibility, timeframes, perishable goods and payment-provider processing is awaiting business and legal approval. Contact Cherubet about your order; this notice does not define or limit your legal rights.
Newsletter and measurement
Newsletter subscription requires your choice and provides an unsubscribe option. Optional visit measurement requires your permission. Google Analytics remains off while its website measurement ID is not configured.
Retention and privacy requests
Account closure requests are reviewed by an authorised administrator. There is no automatic deletion or anonymisation schedule. Data is retained pending an authorised retention or deletion decision, subject to applicable privacy rights and legal obligations. This retention approach is awaiting legal review. You can request account deletion in Account Settings or contact info@cherubetfoods.com. The remaining privacy notice and request-handling details are awaiting authorised review.
